The hotel offered great amenities such as a pool and a spa. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped. the breakfast provided was rather limited in options.

The hotel was a great surprise. The staff were helpful and welcomeing. The room large. Clean and modern. The standout was the restaurant. The best food we have had on our trip plus excellent service. Especially from the head waiter, who did the full wine service performance. Fantastic!! All at a very reasonable price. And chianti itself is a gem. If you're going that way, this is the place to stay.

Nice garden, ok swimming pool
Breakfast was included, but extra charge for egg 3 euro, orange juice 5 euro. Etc. The room was dirty. The lift was out of order

The location of the hotel was convenient in an area like this, making it close to everything. If you venture out, make sure to eat in the restaurants - Duda, according to locals, is a must-try. the staff was polite and professional, though some were unhelpful. Our room had a great view and was adequately sized.
The breakfast was poor, and not enough for the guests.

We only stayed for one evening at Villa la borghetta as part of a small tour of the area..we wish we could have stayed for much longer!Fabulous attention to detail, luxurious rooms and wonderful food, both for breakfast and at dinner...possibly some of the best food available in Italy and a great wine list to match. The welcome we received and help during our stay made us feel truly 'at home'.We will certainly return and cannot think of one criticism to make!Thankyou!
The parking area was a bit small

Staff not helpful and certainly not friendly. When checking-in I felt like I was intruding. Paid for half board and the food was dreadful with most items surcharged and had to pay extra for vegetables with main meal. Breakfast terrible and on the last day the breadrolls so bad they couldn't be eaten. They were old. TV wouldn't work and it took until 3rd day for someone to even come to room to see the problem. Very difficult to get a second chair in the room. Only one chair and the bed too high to sit on so thought this a reasonable request as there were two of us and the room was very big. Reception staff could not give us any information on the area - no maps etc. Certainly not 4 star standard.

Most of the stuff are very friendly although we found some dull faces. The hotel is frequently visited by locals.
The hotel location is nice on top of a hill but to get there is quite scary since you have to go up a hill in which the narrow road has a wall on one side and on the other just an edge, no barriers, no lights and to make it worse it a 2 way road.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with stunning views of the rolling Tuscan hills from every angle of the hotel. The cleanliness was spotless and every corner of this hotel was well-kept. The hotel facilities were impressive with antique furniture and a beautiful patio area to relax and enjoy the views. Parking was easy and transportation was accessible to every guest. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with fantastic breakfast.
Can’t fault the hotel in any way.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the rolling Tuscan hills. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon extra special. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and spa, as they looked amazing. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food - the restaurant served some of the most delicious meals we've ever had, paired with exceptional wines. We can't wait to come back and fully experience everything this place has to offer.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a perfect stay in every way.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Tuscany. The rooms were comfortable with nice sheets and shampoos. The food was delicious, and it was enjoyable to have Tuscan cuisine on the terrace looking at the beautiful valley view.
The location was remote and hard to find. There were not many activities or noise.
